Important Update About COVID-19
Beginning March 21, 2020, our bank lobbies will be temporarily closed to walk-in visitors and we will offer expanded drive-up banking services at all banking center locations.  Below are recommendations on how you can access your accounts and conduct transactions during this time of social distancing.

We highly encourage our customers to follow guidelines from the Centers for the Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and practice social distancing.  This means:

  • Use remote banking solutions such as online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking whenever possible.
  • If you must visit a branch, consider using the drive-up lanes or ATMs.
  • When you must visit the bank lobby (by appointment), practice sensible habits.  This means:
    • Avoid close contact with others by maintaining a distance of 6 ft from others
    • Cover coughs and sneezes
    • Wash and sanitize your hands often, especially after handling cash or touching shared surfaces

  • Drive Up Banking Services

    All six (6) of our banking center locations have drive-up banking services where you can make deposits, cash checks, and more.

    Hours Available

    Our drive up hours are:

    • Monday – Thursday
      8:00am – 5:00pm
    • Friday
      8:00am – 6:00pm
    • Saturday
      8:30am – 12:00pm

  • ATM Banking

    ATMs are a great way to access cash and get balance information without entering a branch.  All six (6) of our banking center locations have drive-up ATMs, plus we have a network of over 20,000 surcharge free ATMs available to our customers.

    Transactions available at ATMs include:

    • Balance inquiries
    • Withdrawals
    • Transfers
    • Drive up ATMs located at our branches also accept deposits.  The Maplewood branch walk-up ATM and offsite ATMs are not able to accept deposits.
    • Branch ATMs and MoneyPass® ATMs can be used with no surcharge.

  • Mobile Banking App

    Our mobile banking app enables anyone enrolled in online banking to access their account information 24/7 from any mobile device.

  • Online Banking

    With online banking you can transfer funds, view transactions, issue stop payments or just check your balance anytime with the click of a mouse.

    Feel at ease about security and identity theft because Citizens National Bank uses a multifactor authentication login system to protect customers.

  • Telephone Banking

    Our telephone express banking can be accessed 24/7 by calling (314) 645-4373

    During normal business hours, you may press 0 to be connected with a member of our staff for assistance with telephone banking or questions about your account.

  • Popmoney®

    Popmoney® is a person-to-person (P2P) payment service that lets you send money to friends, family, or almost anyone.  All you need is their name and email address or mobile telephone number to move money from your bank account to theirs.

    Popmoney® is available through our Online Banking and Mobile Banking.  You can send money to your contacts, who will be notified by email or text message that you wish to send money to them.  You and your contacts will never need to exchange financial account information.  Users can receive money in their eligible account online at their bank (if it’s a member of the Popmoney® network), or at, saving them a trip to the bank.
