CNB St. Louis Bank is pleased to announce that Brendan O'Brien has joined our St. Charles Community Board. As a Community Board member, Brendan will serve as a representative for the Bank, advocating for our products and services while helping cultivate enduring and beneficial relationships within the community we serve.

Brendan brings extensive commercial real estate expertise to the board as Vice President of Brokerage at Intelica CRE. He specializes in tenant and buyer representation for owner-occupied industrial and investment real estate, as well as representation of landlords and sellers. His areas of expertise include contract negotiation and strategic site selection, making him a valuable asset to our community-focused mission. He is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations, further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence in commercial real estate.
