CNB St. Louis Bank's membership in the MoneyPass® ATM Network gives cardholders the freedom to use any CNB St. Louis Bank ATM plus any of the over 40,000 MoneyPass® ATMs across the nation without paying a surcharge. You'll have convenient access to cash from your CNB accounts while you are on vacation, traveling for business, away at school, or just around town with your CNB St. Louis Bank ATM or Debit card.
What is an ATM Surcharge Fee?
The owner of an ATM can charge cardholders a usage fee, or surcharge fee, which in some cases is as high as $8! CNB St. Louis Bank ATM/Debit cardholders can use any ATM in the MoneyPass® network without being charged an ATM surcharge fee.
How do I know if the ATM I am using is in the MoneyPass® Network?
Most, if not all, ATMs within the MoneyPass® ATM Network will have the MoneyPass® logo displayed on the outside of the ATM or on the screen of the ATM.
If you are not sure, you can use the ATM Locator on the MoneyPass® website and search near your location.
Can I use a MoneyPass®ATM to make a deposit to my CNB Account?
No. While some MoneyPass® ATM's appear to accept deposits, we are not yet able to receive your deposits through ATMs other than CNB St. Louis Bank ATM machines.
What if I use an ATM that is not part of the MoneyPass® Network?
A transaction at an ATM outside of the MoneyPass® Network is subject to an out of network ATM fee of $2.00 per withdrawal and $0.50 per balance inquiry. Additionally, the owner of the ATM may also charge a usage fee/surcharge.
I was charged a fee at an ATM I believed to be a surcharge-free MoneyPass® ATM.
What do I do?
If you were charged a fee while using your CNB St. Louis Bank ATM or Debit card at a MoneyPass ATM, please contact us or call us during normal business hours at (314) 645-0666. To expedite the process, it is helpful to have the exact address, date and time of the ATM transaction – this should all be on the ATM receipt.
