Grace Bueckendorf Wright has been appointed to CNB St. Louis Bank's St. Charles Community Board, where she will support the Bank's mission within the local community. In this role, Grace will work to strengthen connections between CNB and the people and businesses that make our region thrive.
Grace brings extensive strategic and marketing expertise to our board. She currently serves as Vice President at BEX Construction Services, a design-build, family-owned, general contractor serving the St. Louis region. In addition to her strategic and marketing expertise, Grace has successfully led initiatives in client results, employee development and retention, product development, sales support, and continuous performance improvement.
Construction runs in Grace's family—her mother was an architect, while her father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all began their careers as carpenters. Her father, Randy Bueckendorf, CNB St Louis Bank South/Central Community Board member, is the Founder and President of BEX Construction Services, which ranked as St. Louis' fifth fastest-growing private company in 2023 with a two-year growth rate of 232%.
"There's no one I respect more than my father and his work ethic, his intellect, and his character," Grace said. "I love the idea of leaving a lasting, tangible legacy on our community and participating in carrying on what my dad has worked hard to build." As someone who works for the company her father built, she understands the value of supporting local and staying connected to the people and places that shaped her. Her commitment to community isn’t just professional—it’s personal, woven into the fabric of a family business that has always prioritized local relationships and long-term impact; another reason she will thrive on our board!
"Grace will be a tremendous asset to our St. Charles Community Board," commented Eric Kappelmann, St. Charles Board liaison. "Her proven track record in strategic leadership, combined with her deep roots in the construction industry and commitment to community development, makes her exactly the kind of accomplished professional we need to help us better serve our customers and neighbors."
Grace's expertise will help the Bank continue its mission of serving the people who bring our community to life—focusing on real relationships, local decision-making, and keeping our customers' money working right here in the neighborhoods we all call home.
Welcome, Grace! We're thrilled to have you on our St. Charles Community Board!
