LiveTeller ATMs Bring Personalized Banking to CNB Drive-Ups

St. Louis, MO, October 1, 2025 – CNB St. Louis Bank is proud to announce the official launch of its LiveTeller ATM machines, now available at all six branch locations. These advanced machines allow CNB account holders to speak with a live teller via secure video feed directly from the drive-up ATM. Users can enjoy a convenient, personalized banking experience from the comfort of their vehicle.

Extended Hours:

LiveTellers bring greater accessibility to account holders through extended weekday hours and Saturday hours. LiveTellers are available weekdays starting one hour before lobby hours and on Saturdays at all branches — including those without Saturday lobby hours. LiveTeller hours at all six locations are:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

LiveTeller ATMs also operate as traditional ATMs 24/7 for any cardholder and are part of the MoneyPass® network, providing fee-free transactions for cardholders whose financial institutions participate in the network.
