CNB St. Louis Bank is seeking motivated candidates to fulfill the position of Teller. This position will act as first line of contact and trusted consultant to our customers. The Teller will work directly with our customers to meet their needs and provide the best customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing accurate and high-quality customer service in all aspects of conducting financial transactions for customers, such as cashing checks and accepting deposits.
Represents the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner, and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service.
Verifies transactions as to authenticity, negotiability and available balances.
Balances daily transactions, counting checks, currency and coin and verifying against transactions shown on computer.
Cross-sells bank products and services.
Follows all Bank policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
Performs any other related duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bank experience preferred.
- Must have at least six months to one year cash handling experience.
- High level of interpersonal skills to represent ban
