CNB St Louis Bank is looking for a full-time Facilities Management Associate to join our team. CNB St. Louis Bank, formerly Citizens National Bank of Greater St. Louis, is an independently owned community bank that dates itself back to 1915, making it one of the oldest banks in the State of Missouri.  We’re proud to be a locally owned bank that embraces the principles and values of the communities we serve. 

We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to perform a variety of duties in maintaining the upkeep of our six (6) area bank facilities. Successful maintenance member will be responsible for providing and improving our facilities to enable a positive customer experience and pleasant place for our employees to work. They will perform repairs and preventative maintenance for all areas of the property. This person will enjoy a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, and painting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact and oversee various service and inventory vendors

  • Organize the building maintenance supply and inventory areas

  • Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles/lighting, cleaning and repairing minor leaks, etc.) at CNB’s six (6) facilities

  • Oversee and maintain the overall cleanliness of the facilities

  • Ensure outside and inside are clear of trash and debris

  • Set up and take down tables and chairs for occasional events

  • Assist with seasonal grounds work such as spreading salt on walkways

  • Disposal of shredded paper and boxes

  • Ability to identify unsafe conditions or large repairs and notify a supervisor

  • Good physical condition and strength
  • Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills, with ability to handle all aspects of property maintenance
  • Monitor programs to ensure work and safety compliance
  • Ability to speak, write, and receive direction in English
  • Basic computer skills
  • Requires ability to keep detailed records and reports
  • Requires self- motivation and organizational skills
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent knowledge, skill, and mental development (Required); 2-year vocational school degree or 2 years of related property maintenance experience (Preferred)
  • Maintenance: 1 year (minimum), 2 years (Preferred)
  • HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Driver’s License required
Physical/Environmental Demands
  • Majority of work will be indoors, occasional outdoor as needed
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and move and stand for most of the day
  • Most of the work will be done during normal business hours, with occasional special projects or emergency repairs that require availability outside of normal business hours
