CNB is pleased to welcome Joshua S. Rose, Attorney at Law, Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP, as the newest member of our Professional Board. The board—comprised of emerging business leaders across the St. Louis region—is dedicated to building meaningful relationships that strengthen both its members and the community. Through regular meetings, the board creates opportunities to expand professional networks, encourage personal and business growth, and deepen understanding of the issues shaping today’s business landscape.
Joshua brings a wealth of experience as a trust and estate specialist, representing beneficiaries, trustees, and families in the administration of trusts and estates. He is widely recognized for his counsel in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings and is known for his practical, problem‑solving approach to sensitive and often complex matters. When litigation becomes necessary, Joshua is a committed advocate—handling everything from case analysis to trial. His experience includes will and trust contests, contested probate estates, modifying irrevocable trusts, creditor claims, and disputes involving powers of attorney.
In addition to his litigation and fiduciary work, Joshua dedicates an equal part of his practice to estate planning. He works closely with individuals and families to develop thoughtful, forward‑looking plans tailored to protect their assets throughout life’s transitions. Joshua is a graduate of the American College of Trusts and Estates Council (ACTEC) Heart of America Fellows Institute and serves on the Probate and Trust Steering Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL).
