CNB St. Louis Bank is proud to congratulate Mark Baden, Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender, on his selection to the Inaugural Vision Leadership St. Charles Ambassador Team. This distinguished group of alumni and community leaders supports the organization's mission of developing informed, connected, and impactful leaders throughout St. Charles County.
A graduate of the Vision St. Charles Leadership Program, Mark has long demonstrated a commitment to serving and strengthening the communities where he lives and works. In his new role as an Ambassador, he will help support leadership development, community engagement, outreach efforts, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer programs that advance Vision Leadership St. Charles' mission.
Mark's selection reflects a longstanding dedication to both community service and leadership. In addition to helping local businesses achieve their financial goals through more than 20 years of banking experience, Mark serves on several community boards and organizations, including Community Response, the Farmers Market Initiative, and the O'Fallon Community Foundation. He is also actively involved with the Missouri Baptist University Alumni Association and Whitfield School Alumni Association.
As a member of the Ambassador Team, Mark will serve a one-year term, participate in bi-monthly meetings, support recruitment and engagement efforts, volunteer with programs and committees, and represent Vision Leadership St. Charles throughout the community - much of what he already does!
