Mark Baden brings over 20 years of banking experience, with 17 years focused on commercial lending. His career began as a credit analyst, where he developed expertise in credit risk analysis, financial statement evaluation, and structuring credit packages for businesses. This foundation gave him a comprehensive understanding of the financial needs of companies across a variety of industries.

For the past 15 years, Mark has excelled as a commercial lender, partnering with businesses to deliver customized financial solutions. His expertise spans SBA financing, lines of credit, equipment financing, real estate loans, construction projects, and more. Whether serving small businesses or larger corporations, Mark’s approach is centered on tailoring solutions to meet his clients’ unique needs.

Known for his client-first philosophy, Mark prioritizes a smooth, transparent, and efficient lending process. His dedication to service and deep financial knowledge have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor for businesses seeking to grow and thrive through strategic financial management.

Education: Mark earned his Public Relations degree from Missouri Baptist University in 2008 and is a 2014 graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School.

Community Involvement: Mark serves as President of the O’Fallon Community Foundation and remains actively involved with the Missouri Baptist University alumni group, where he is a past president and current member. He also participates in the Cottleville and O’Fallon Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Progress 64 West organization. In his spare time, Mark coaches the St. Louis Xtreme 17U Elite Baseball Team.
