We are thrilled to announce that Paul Lints, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at CNB, has joined The Kaufman Fund Advisory Board. This exciting appointment brings together Paul's extensive financial expertise with his deep commitment to serving our community's most vulnerable members.

With over three decades of banking experience, Paul brings his expertise in commercial lending and wealth management to his new role. His dedication to community service runs deep, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Ready Readers and having previously contributed his talents to the boards of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation and the Down Syndrome Association of St. Louis. This commitment to serving others aligns perfectly with The Kaufman Fund's mission.

This appointment holds special significance as Paul understands The Kaufman Funds founder, Wayne's story, on a deeply personal level. As a longtime friend of Wayne Kaufman and someone whose own family has navigated similar challenges, Paul brings not only professional abilities but also genuine empathy and understanding to the Board. For over three decades, the Kaufman Fund has provided critical support to veterans and children throughout our community, honoring Wayne's brother's legacy of caring for those who served and the young people who represent our future. The Kaufman Fund's mission is truly near and dear to Paul's heart, making him an ideal addition to guide the organization's continued growth and impact.

"Paul has this incredible ability to truly connect with people and understand their stories," said Tim Rodden, CEO and President. "His natural charisma and genuine care for others shine through in everything he does. He doesn't just listen - he truly gets to know people and what matters most to them. These qualities, combined with his professionalism, make him an invaluable asset to The Kaufman Fund Advisory Board. We're so proud to have someone who embodies our values of compassion and service."

CNB couldn't be more excited for Paul to join the board as he continues to advocate for and support veterans and children in need. His combination of financial awareness, community leadership, and personal connection to The Kaufman Fund's cause positions him perfectly to help them expand their reach and deepen their impact.

Please join us in congratulating Paul on this well-deserved appointment as we look forward to building on the Kaufman Fund's proud 34-year legacy of service and support!
