CNB St. Louis Bank is proud to congratulate Veronica Morrow-Reel on achieving the Distinguished Board Member Certification from the Missouri School Boards' Association, the highest level of professional development for school board members in Missouri. To achieve this prestigious certification, board members must complete at least 60 training credits, achieve Advanced and Master Certification, observe board meetings in other districts, attend regional and statewide MSBA events, and demonstrate exceptional leadership, advocacy and presentation skills in school board service.
Veronica has served on the Riverview Gardens School Board since 2010 and currently holds the position at Riverview Gardens School Board as Vice-President and Missouri School Board Association's Region 7 Advocacy Chair, where she collaborates with educational organizations and policymakers to prioritize public education across the St. Louis region. Her dedication to education corresponds precisely with her 28-year career at CNB, where she serves as a community ambassador focused on financial empowerment and literacy.
"I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Veronica on earning this achievement. This recognition is a testament to Veronica’s steadfast commitment to educational excellence, her tireless advocacy for equity, and her exceptional leadership both within our organization and in the broader community." commented Tim Rodden, CEO and President. "Veronica exemplifies the values we hold dear at CNB—integrity, service, and empowerment. Her ability to inspire change, build meaningful partnerships, and champion financial literacy has made a lasting impact on countless lives. We are incredibly proud to have her on our team and grateful for the passion and purpose she brings to everything she does.”
Through her work here at CNB, Veronica also advocates for and supports programs like our HOPE Loan initiative, which promotes homeownership regardless of income level, and actively teaches financial literacy to community members seeking to build good credit and financial responsibility. "My personal goal is to even the playing field and allow for anyone to achieve financial success," says Veronica. Her commitment to community development has earned recognition twice from Small Business Magazine and North County Incorporated, and additionally, she continues to serve as Vice President of The Mission Attempt organization.
We are honored to have Veronica as both a team member and community leader. Her Distinguished Board Member Certification reflects her dedication to educational excellence and community empowerment—values that make our entire region stronger.
Please join us in congratulating Veronica on this well-deserved recognition!
