About Crystal Green
Crystal's banking career began in high school as a teller through a work-study program, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for community banking. She went on to spend more than 10 years with a local bank before relocating to the St. Louis area with her growing family. After nearly 15 years in the corporate banking world, Crystal joined CNB and rediscovered what she values most about local banking: community.
Building meaningful connections with customers and supporting their financial journeys is at the heart of Crystal's work. She takes pride in helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their goals while making a positive impact in the communities CNB serves. For Crystal, one of the most rewarding aspects of community banking is seeing those relationships grow and thrive over time.
Crystal Green joined CNB in 2026 and is the Treasury Management Associate. She works out of our Maplewood Banking Center at the corner of Oakview Terrace and Manchester Road.
Education: Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL)
